In every cartoonist’s life where he or she must craft the perfect nutshot. As an artist I am not wholly satisfiied, but as a Yankee fan I feel a bit better. I might have to draw one for this weekend, just with my foot and Arod’s junk, or Giambi. The damn moustache isn’t working Jason, maybe go back on the juice for a month or so.

To add extra insult and injury to my night last night, I played Halo 3 online. My team was pretty soundly beaten by the ever gregarious and sporting teenagers online. < Insert N00b speak here>. We have got to get into a new game. Halo is reaching that point in it’s life cycle where the people who played for fun are gone and we are left with the “Lifers”. Players who play nothing else and have the fantasy of playing in the MLG when they grow up. Yeah, that’s a healthy dream, as a parent maybe you should curtail your kid’s constant online video-gaming and push said kid into healthier career dreams both physically and mentally. Like drawing comics for a living. Wait, I just took my point and kicked into the well like Leonidas and the Persian messenger. D’oh!

Poltergeist is a great character. It allows me to do a lot of room-mate, spousal humor. I have never felt living with another person for a long time is easy. I don’t care if it’s your best friend or you wife, there are days you just want to be left alone. Instead someone is standing over your shoulder telling you that you’re loading the dishwasher wrong. Of course I get to amplify that with a ghostly dude who has six pack abs and a Kirby crackle. Nice.
