I realize I haven’t been blogging enough lately, and I intend to fix that. Here are some random sketches that have been kicking around in my sketchbook this month. These are possible new characters (And a free Superman, just ’cause) and a new design for the minotaur from the early days of BF. He will be seeing more “screentime” once we finish the time travel story. On that note I will be finishing the current medieval storyline fairly soon, though I don’t have an exact date, and we’ll get back to the new Bullfinch.
The site still needs tweaks of course. I’ll be adding back in my link buttons to Zorphbert and Fred and Steal this soon. The new architecture is great and seems very solid so far, big thanks to the comic-press guys as always. I’ll be setting up a storyline structure soon which will put in permanent links to the beginning of this storyline and the previous ones too. Stay tuned, I’ll get more sketches up with blogs and I’ll get KC and Stubing back to when they belong!

Here are some recent sketches from the sketchbook. I really don’t do this often enough. Globulus is just a generic character I thought up for another project. Also Han and Chewie get Bullfinch-ized.
Here are some recent Oscar sketches. Being fairly new to the cartooning game I expect my characters will evolve visually over time. Hopefully not too quickly, because that would be pretty jarring, but it should be natural all the same. Anyway it’s fun to put up some sketches over the weekend while we all wait for the next Bumpa Lumpa episode. It’s late while I type this so if it sounds dopey and doesn’t make sense, there is a reason.
