Today on the giant comics based website Newsarama is none other than Brock Heasley and his comic Superfogeys!  Head on over and check out his interview as well as the very kind mention of yours truly and our little up and coming web-comic Bullfinch!

I am officially running in this year’s AIDSwalk 10k at beaver lake nature center (yes that’s a real place), here in central New York.  I’m not good at raising money (clearly), but I can cut and paste things into websites!  I walked last year with the family but this is my first year on the fund-raising side.  If anyone is interested just click on this link below.

Strip delay.

GRAAAHKALRAHARG.  That’s the sound I’ve been making most of the day.  The sound a cartoonist makes when they don’t get their strip up on time.  Nothing earth shattering happened, just a thousand little things.  A newly acquired car needed to be registered which involved DMV time, and the older car dropped it’s muffler while a family member was on her way to work.  Which meant getting people to school and work and multiple cars to different locations.  With a little help I was able to sort everything out and get some drawing done in the meantime.

I spent the weekend at Chiller Theater in New Jersey which is a Horror convention that Mike Raicht and Th3rdworld we’re attending.  Obviously not a great place to promote my webcomic, so I was there to hang out most of the time.  The Th3rdworld guys have a bunch of horror themed comics and did a great job of selling and promoting them.  I spent time with odd people and fringe celebrities in the meantime and at night we watched bad horror movies and played MarioKart 64 (I won the grand championship, of course).

Superfogeys is up!

BlogTuesday is brand new Superfogeys Origins day over at Th3rdworld, head on over and check it out.  For anyone who doesn’t know about KC’s recent squirrel transformation, he was originally turned into a squirrel by Lance’s Uni-magic in this strip.  It was a punishment for a horse related comment which is a gigantic insult in the world of Unicorns.

Superfogeys origins
For anyone who doesn’t know I actually do four strips a week on line! Superfogeys: Origins depicts the Superfogeys of today in all of their heroic glory back in the fifties and it goes up every Tuesday.  This week page 6 of the Society of Heroes is live and in color.
